Jennifer Sievers
Board President
Jennifer grew up in this area and now has kids in the Peninsula School District. She spent several years as an attorney in public service and now owns Sievers Real Estate. Her real estate brokerage is in the heart of Gig Harbor, and Jennifer cares deeply for our local community. She strongly believes there is no reason for kids and families to go hungry.

Olga Inglebritson
Board Vice President
Olga Torres Inglebritson is a native New Yorker who has enjoyed living on the Key Peninsula and now in Gig Harbor for over 20 years. Olga is currently the Dean of the Tacoma Community College Gig Harbor Campus. She brings her passion and commitment to serving students, particularly those in our community, to support the mission of Food Backpacks 4 Kids!

Bryan Lichau, CPA
Board Treasurer
Bryan grew up in Northern California and moved to Gig Harbor with his family in 2007. He and his wife have been involved in the Peninsula School District for more than 10 years, as Bryan coached basketball at Peninsula High School, and his wife Missy has been a school counselor in PSD since 2013. Bryan is a CPA and owns Osprey Accounting Services/Osprey Advisory. He is very passionate about giving back to the community, especially its youth.
Angela Mattison-Lindbohm
Board Member
Angela is a retired Navy veteran with 30 years of service and retired as a Master Chief Petty Officer. After her Naval career, she worked in the private sector and traveled globally as a workshop facilitator for all branches of the military. She is the Immediate Past President (IPP) of the Rotary Club of Gig Harbor North and currently serving as the Secretary and Program Coordinator. She is the Vice-President of her sorority chapter, Theta Omicron, of Beta Sigma Phi.
Her fundamental beliefs are: “No one should go hungry or be denied the opportunity for a better education, and ALL people should have the resources to help them thrive and be successful.” She volunteers time to multiple non-profit organizations in support of these beliefs.

Jasmine Biernacki
Board Member
Jasmine joined the FB4K Board in early 2025, and is involved in the Food 4 All farm program in addition to supporting the organization through board service. She grew up in an economically depressed region of northern California and witnessed the effects of financial and food insecurity firsthand, sparking a lifelong passion for building up and supporting her community. She brings nonprofit management experience plus 17 years of small business management and ownership. Her prior volunteer engagements include supporting foster children in times of crisis, creating business development roadmaps for immigrants and refugees in foodservice, managing a $500,000 direct financial assistance budget, and partnering in the development of Sound Foundations NW, a tiny home project to help shelter folks experiencing homelessness in Seattle.
